Used the DIY service and it was excellent. You are greeted warmly and basically allowed to take your time, have fun, and using the wash station makes it alot easier to bath your pet if you have problems washing them at home, and the prices are alit better than petsmart! Arlo was a happy clean pup after we left.

Never again. See my review on Google because I'm sure they would only take it down if I left it here. Just like they will this when they see it.
