Nice place...like the bike inventory, nice staff... But what the heck were you thinking at grand reopening... 90+ degrees and no tents for shade... Did you not want people to stay??
After being a long time customer of the former Lucky Harley Davidson , and even back before when this building was owned by Jim Bailey.. I have always felt welcomed by the staff, but now with the new ownership, I stopped in today with a few friends to check out the changes that have been made, and I have got to say that I am more then impressed! After spending many years in and out of this store and lots of $$$$ I am very impressed with the NEW ownership an GM at Harley Davidson of Fort Wayne! We were just passing through and stopped for the poker chips, however the staff was really great and put up with us walking around and just looking.
Awful service not once did any of the clothing people ask if me or my wife needed any help. Lost a sale on a pair of boots she liked. Want see us again
