I came into this store a few weeks ago to check on winter storage for my bike. Stood at the service counter for 15 mins, Twice! Not one person asked if I needed help. Walked around the store for about 45 mins same thing. I have purchased my last 2 bikes here when it was Lucky's. Left a bad taste in my mouth when I found out my ESP paperwork was filled out incorrectly on my previous bike and I got screwed out of 16 months on the re-imbursement. I never give reviews, but after my experience with Harley of Fort Wayne this weekend, I had to do so. It was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle of any kind. From the first time I walked in - I have never stepped foot in here - they treated me like I had been in there every day. I went in Friday, came back Saturday and got an Iron 883. Chris S. and Ben J. (and everyone I met/talked to there) were great, and I am really stoked to have made this decision. Thanks a lot!
After searching for 15 minutes for someone to help, we finally found a sales person to help. First off, there are NO prices on the bikes! You ask for a price and they give you a "range" of what the price is...13k to 14k, seriously, what is the price? Test ride went great. Then, when it came to making a deal, the manager brought out some outrageous figures. We gave them an offer on what we would pay and the manager walks away to see if he could work out a deal.
