Very accommodating service. Jeff and Adam were great. Very quickly turned my quiet Super Glide back onto the roads.

$4.00 for a full color poker chip? I've been to 30 other Harley Stores in the past few months and the highest I ever paid was near Chicago and that was $3.00. If it wasn't for your motorclothes girls I would not have bought 50 poker chips today at your store. Great job saving a $160.00 poker chip sale girls....The guy motorclothes manager needs some improvement. Seems the girls take better pride in the business and customer service than he does!
Was told to stop by and check the place out by a friend of Paul and Evan Schipper..... ordered a part waited 10 days called to check on it only to find out that the part i paid for that day never got ordered and the only thing said was my bad should be here next week.... told them to just forget about ordering and after i crappy yep have a good day i rode to wabash were they had the part on hand and no rudeness... bad part was i had to ride back to ft wayne to have my money returned..... never going back

I was just down in Fort Wayne visiting my daughter. We decided to go over to the shop. Not really looking for anything just yet, I was just looking. I started talking to Bill and I went from liking the street glide to liking the road glide. The whole experience was great. I never felt pressured, we were taking on a tour of the whole shop. Overall it was a great experience I must say. I will definitely be going there when I decide to purchase.
