I just ordered flowers yesterday from there. My Aunt took a picture of it and I was so happy how it turned out! I told the girl on the phone to do something bright and cheery and it was gorgeous! I will always use them now.
I have been using Lucky Flowers as my florist for a couple of years. I really appreciate their contemporary look (similar to a Seattle look vs a more traditional design), reasonable prices, prompt delivery and their willingness to work with what I want - cost and design. Their work is incredible and a fresh look to Tri-Cities. Its about time. I have referred them to many of my business associates, and they too are exceptionally pleased.

Lucky Flowers told me they would deliver flowers to someone at the hospital first thing the next morning if they couldnt be reached the previous night. When the person left the hospital at 10:30am with no flowers I called and asked how Lucky Flowers could make it right by me. Ben (the manager) yelled into the phone that they had done nothing wrong that they would refund my money but that I was to never call their store again and he hung up on me.
