HORRIBLE! Horrible customers service VERY rude not to mention incompetent. Called asking for a quote on a specific item they were raising their voice, being rude and rushing me off the phone and they told me come in and when I make the drive, they tell me they don’t take the item I'm looking to sell even after I mentioned calling and being told to come in. Waste of my time and gas. DONT SELL YOUR STUFF HERE. You’ll regret it!!!
Very nice store came in on a Sunday and the owner gave me a very good deal for silver bars and gold coins. I intended to sell the owner has a very nice collection inside the store. I highly recommend doing business here if you intend to sell your gold and silver.
