Kristi, no students have to move out of their apartment because the UW is closed to on-campus classes. You are welcome to remain in your residence throughout the pandemic. We have waived all fees related to re-rentals and sublets, and are willing to work with all of our residents on payment plans if needed.
RecommendedMy daughter lived in Lucky Apartments for three years! The staff was always friendly and polite, very welcoming! The front desk staff remembered us and welcomed us each visit. The common areas, including parking garages, are always clean and well kept. I found the building to be very safely monitored for my daughter coming and going at all hours. Been here almost four years! Great location, great staff, and great amenities! The staff are super helpful and friendly, and team Alan! He's the best staff Lucky could ever ask for. Always so friendly, helpful and attentive, making my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible!
Dorm move in was smooth. The room was very clean. There were volunteers to help and free snacks and Chocolate Shoppe ice cream. As a mom I was happy to meet the RA. It did take six parents to get the wifi connected... Only room complaint is the closet is in a dark hole, the nearest light at least 10 feet away in another room. No outlet nearby to add a light. Otherwise the place seems set up well and quite comfortable.
