I used to love this place and made it a point to visit every time I flew into the San Diego airport. Last time I went to SD my sister made a reservation on Christmas Eve for the Champion’s booth. When we arrived, they were closed. So a few days later we called to let them know what happened-they blamed it on some website that does reservations (which made no sense because my sister spoke with an actual person who didn’t tell her that they would be closed on Christmas Eve). First time here and food was great. Only complaint was the long wait and the fact that we couldn’t save our seat while waiting in line because it was a little difficult to find a seat once we did order. I would come back again, but only if there’s just 2 of us, easier to find a seat for 2 than 4.
Service sucks! Worst tacos ever!! Carne asada taco with tomato hahaha come on guys that’s not Tijuana style 1 tacos 4.50$ seriously Salsas are delicious by the way �
Had a great experience and got to sit at the imfamous Champions booth. It was fun and the surfin' California burrito was great. Fun atmosphere and very friendly staff. I'll be back.
