Problems at Ventana As soon as my lease is up.... I AM OUT! Elevator broken for months and is extremely inconvenient. I have asked several times for an update and always get the run around from the office. Parking garage has several lights out and is very dark. The first floor smells like rotten trash all through the hallway and the other interior breezeways are dirty. Leasing office has a "5 day" package hold policy which they do not adhere to. Thank you for your feedback. As a result of your comments we have done much since August to address the issues you have mentioned. We have stepped up the hallway cleans, audited parking garage lights and repaired, implemented a package program to help with package deliveries and notifications and also addressed trash issues that may have caused a smell on the first floor. Good Place Nice apartment but the common areas could definitely use some work up. Staff is friendly but the staff who had been there for the first year I lived here have transitioned and now its been a merry go round of different staff it seems. Not sure why. But as a result things fall between the cracks. But location and size are definitely worth it for the price.
Superb Houston Apartment The Ventana Midtown is a perfect building for getting to experience Houston city life as the Downtown area is being revamped. It is within close proximity to Hermann Park, Midtown Bars/restaurants and only a short drive to the beaches of Galveston.
