The food wasn't bad, I like that kids eat free on Saturday but the service is lacking

Luby's is the best! Always good! Yummy dressing and delicious pie! Mitch loved their cherry pie and I loved it all. We weren't all together...some in Sadler and Sugarland and scattered but together in our hearts! Happy thanksgiving to our Georgia relatives! Love you all!

Normally I find the food good the baked almondene was good, the Mac and cheese was a little too salty and the chocolate cake was dry.

Food is fairly decent. Customer service or service is somewhat lacking on the to go side. It would be nice to call in an order and someone answer and take your order instead of placing you on hold and forgetting about you. Hire someone to answer the phone during peak hours if others employees are too busy Don't just stick people on hold and continue working like Shelly did me yesterday. Customers on the phone have no idea what's going on in the store and to them they were just forgotten about.
