I enjoy the foods they offer. I think it’s the closest to my Mom’s cooking I can get at a restaurant. You pick how much you want and you have choices with your sides or if you want a salad or dessert
Pat is one of the best waitress at Lubys! She is so attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure great service! Food always on point!

I got the roasted turkey and it tasted as cold as if it had been taken directly out of the fridge! I had to ask my sever to nuke it! it was gross to say the least. That meal should've been on the house!

Customer service is terrible! Very, very rude and unprofessional except the excellent waitstaff for our private party in the party room. Kudos to them. I had to put a drive thru employee in her place for being disrespectful.
