Their food is always consistent, the place is clean. However, today the spinach was way too salty.

Placed a order online for pickup. Arrived 10-15 minutes after my pickup time and nothing. I’m told I have no order even though I have a confirmation email and a charge on my card. I ask who’s in charge of pickup orders and 4 people are staring at me like deer in headlights and say nothing. I ask for manager and he comes and I tell him he rolls his eyes and walks off. Then the food I ordered isn’t available. I choose something else and they sling it in a container. First and last order at Lubys
