I've never had a bad experience with Lubys food, though they do love salt. But like another reviewer said, going through the drive through or calling in an order is one of the worst fast food experiences. I've never spent less than 10 minutes waiting for an order. I'll continue to go back to Lubys because the quality of food for the price is always a great deal; but I will do so begrudgingly because I know I will have to wait.

We stopped at this Luby's location after driving all day with our almost two year old. Our daughter had a meltdown, and the Luby's staff couldn't have been more kind. They were extremely sweet and professional in taking care of us. They quickly brought in a balloon to diffuse her tantrum. The good and service were great as well! We definitely appreciated the hospitality they showed us.
