The ToGo is awful - always out of things - takes forever - 25 mins from payment to food in the window - and they forgot my kids jello � when I tried to call no one answered in three attempts of letting it ring 20x's

The hours for Christmas day says 8am-5pm online so my family and I go and on the door it also says 8am-5pm today but no-one is there doors locked.....false advertisement not good for business

Been in drive thru for 25 minutes! They take my money, and then tell me they don't have any more of the food I ordered. Who is running this joint?
The Italian cream cake has a nut in every bite. So freaking good......
We really enjoyed our meal at Luby's in Baytown! Will be back!
Love the drive thru, but those ladies serving in the inside not so much. They are rude and very unconcerned. Even talked to the manager and he seemed like it wasn't a big concern. Customer service goes a long way!
