Dr. Carlson took my issue very seriously and was also very caring. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Everyone should have access to someone like her.
Dr Carlson continues to be such an expert, wealth of knowledge, compassionate MD. She is so personable and is truly concerned for your whole health needs as well as your daily life. Somehow she also manages to supervise the interns as well. Truly a mentor! Truly a one of a kind doctor!
She is a great doctor. She took the time to listen to all my problems and answered any questions I had. She actually cares about her patients and does not rush you through your appointment.
This place is a joke. No one knows what they are doing. Cancel appointments all the time. Cannot get an appointments when needed. Asked for a manager and no one was there to talk to. Said they were out. Doctor was a resident. Cannot get to see a real doctor, only a trainee. They don't know what they are doing and generally run 30 to 60 minutes behind. Don't do it, just go someplace else.
friendly and calming
Dr. Carlson was very friendly and efficient. She went over my lab report, got to the point, and answered my questions.
Will not return to this office. Student doctor was awful. Dr. Keef I think. Ran over an hour behind. The employees tried tocover for him. No reason given. Then when he side come in the room, no apology. He did not listen to me. Would not let me talk to his teacher, Dr. Carson. Said she was busy and had no time to talk to me. Well, that's the last time I will go there. Visit was not even worth the copay many I paid up front.
Aweful doctor. She never listens. She just does things to cover herself. Won't listen.
Was great. Dr. Carlson did fantastic she answered all my questions and helped me with al my concern.
