Dr. Carlson is nice and I liked her very much. However, I had to have surgery because she missed something that should have been caught if she had done a more thorough exam. Had she pressed on my stomach she would have noticed the problem.
Dr. Carlson Is AWESOME! she takes the time to explain things to you in detail she just doesn't walk in the room and walk out of the room in less than 5 minutes she listens to complaints and concerns and comes up with a care plan of action with you her after my first visit with I was so impressed that I changed my whole family's previous PCP to her and the staff is awesome and courteous and is always willing to listen and help in any way that they can
My husband has been dealing with a challenging health issue for the past few months and we feel fortunate to have found Dr. Luanne Carlson to help us deal with it. She is knowledgeable and skilled as a doctor but also exhibits care and concern that in and of itself is healing. Her team of nurses and staff are great, too! Thank you!

Professorial, competent, knowledgeable, condescending to patient, rigid, authoritarian in her approach as doctor, she dismissed treatments and meds out of hand from my previous primary care MD (she is not an MD). She is not a partner with the patient but rather a parent and I am in my seventies.
After moving to Southern California I messed up my back pretty bad. She took the time to talk with me about what was going on and even answered my allergy questions that didn't have to do with my chief complaint. She was very caring and a great listener. My back is feeling much better and I thank her very much for her service. She amazing. I only wish she was in a regular office instead of urgent care so she could be my primary.
