Dr Carlson is the best! She and her residents truly care.
I've never had a doctor spend the kind of quality time with me that Dr. Carlson did today. She showed compassion, professionalism and empathy, listened to me attentively, and discussed concrete solutions and a detailed plan on moving forward. I'm a lucky man, getting to see her. I feel like I'm in good, capable hands. Finally.
She herself is ok. Our issues are with her staff. She has competency issues with them with their requests when she has made them. I am using my best manners in stating so.....
