Dentist were great! But Billing was terrible. They Had our Personal info wrong on their Computers and dental forms and they wonder why they canât get paid by Insurance. Then instead of asking for our correct info, billing staff puts the burden of âtheir jobâ onto clients, and ignore Insurance, and wants you to pay for services upfront. Bad bunch behind the counter! Bad way to entrust your business!
