We are 20 months into a fiasco with a non functioning tub. Whatever hellish account you could give could not possibly top the situation we find ourselves in. Our lawyer says that we could win in court but can’t add lawyer fees, so we could win but lose money, which I am still keeping as an open option. Initial contact with company for Dr. Wellness hot tub was great. Now that it is broken nobody seems to know when it is going to be fixed. It is under warranty. Getting a royal runaround from the company. "they are looking for a technician" Ask them to call and let me know what is going on. No one has called and when I call them that is when the runaround begins: "I don't take care of this, the person who does will call" (have not) Ask what "looking for a technician" means. This company has horrible customer service. You can be on hold for up to 45 minutes. Then a person says well I will have them call you back. No call back. You wait on hold again (40”)the next day, no call back again. If you purchase LPI PRODUCTS, don’t count on their customer service to help you, they are horrible. NO HELP YOUR ON YOUR OWN!! They already have your money so they do not seem to care about repeat business. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!
Same as Richard-Traci. Ordered Hot tub end of August. Expected delivery 11/2/2020. Here it is 12/19/2020. The few times I've gotten a response I'm continuously told "2 weeks" - you'll get an email when it ships. How is this company still in business??? So very disappointed and frustrated. Next week is Christmas then New Years - I'm sure I won't be seeing this hot tub until sometime in 2021. Ordered a hot tub in June this review is being written in late December. I was told 8 weeks, that I found 100% acceptable. I was told by OCT ok, then by Thanksgiving, now the delivery drivers are taking time off for the Holidays. If my hot tub isn't here by January I am requesting a refund and being one locally. Ordered a hot tub which took 6 week to arrive. That's fine. Ordered steps and cover lifter. Only came with a railing which we did not order and no steps or cover lift. Sales rep did finally send the correct items 4 weeks later. Now I ordered extra filters and more cleaning supplies. 9 items in total. 2 items arrived in 2 weeks with nothing else.
