This company does not honor its warranties or stand by its products. Do not buy a spa from LPI, Inc or any of their companies: Aqua Living, Catalina Spas, Dr. Wellness, Tuff Spas, Plug and Power Spas, Hudson Bay Spas, Pinnacle Spas Hydro Spas, Signature Spas, EneverySaver Spa Equipment or Wholesale Spa Covers. Had a spa from Tuff Spas who apparently was bought out by these guys. Was looking for another one for my home (first was for mu Air BNB). The dealer at the show said we’re incorporating the “Tuff Spa” cover on the “Catalina” LPI spa. So I ponied up the 10 grand and waited. Took months to get it delivered. When it showed, they managed to break a chunk of the outside shell off. I was going to wrap my deck around two sides so I didn’t sweat it cuz it wouldn’t show. DO NOT do business with Heather Lane! She is a customer service representative. She is very rude and condescending. Purchased a spa and has issues within 6 months. Tried to get help and from minute one she was just trying to find reasons not to assist me. Horrible experience with her and she needs another job outside of customer service.

Unlike others, my experience has been excellent. It has performed as promised and we are happy. Richard Moody has answered my prayers, it does help me with relief from neuropathic pain.
DO NOT BUY FROM LPI INC!!! They do not stand up to their warranty! Purchased spa from them in 5/2022. Cover sagged almost immediately! doesn't rain in Phoenix much, so i didn't notice immediately. they would not honor my service request done at 5 month mark even though i was told cover had 6 month warranty!! RUN FROM LPI INC!!! Dale J
Will NOT return calls regarding a repair of new hot tub. Contacted them over a dozen times in 6 months. I cannot stress enough...DO NOT BUY from them
