do not do business with this company. Our warranty was voided due to electrical wiring. We did not receive the correct diagrams numerous times ,nor did we receive the warranty restrictions or specific wiring instructions, and they still voided our warranty. Their solution was to get our electrical re-wired and get back to them when it is done. We are 40K in this project and expect us to drop another 2K to 3K at a minimum. Built a covered porch and reinforced the deck to support a Hot Tub - ten thousand dollars later, we're ready to buy a hot tub! Shopped around and bought a Tranquility hot tub in October, 2022 from LPI inc, also known as Aqua Living in Johnson City, TN. Delivered on December 20 and filled with water after January 1, 2023. Worked great for 6 months. Started leaking in June, water level fell below the vents. LPI sent out a repair person since it was under warranty; a month later, a guy came out. I would like to start by saying I had one person a couple of weeks ago that was pleasant to talk to. I thought she was going to address my issues but I guess her manager thought differently. We have contacted the better business beaurough about this company. Now my issues have been, the cover took 18 months to fix because they thought I was a dumb consumer and didn't know what I was talking about, the control panel went and it took a month to have them fix it, a jet had broken and they sent a part that I fixed, I have had th... read more

I had a terrible experience with my Highline Hottub G20k purchase from this company. It started with a delayed delivery of over 6 weeks. Within weeks of receiving the tub, the siding and cover started to deteriorate. The technician had to make multiple visits for various issues, including faulty lights, a broken Bluetooth system, and repeated failures in the middle of winter. I feel that it is my duty as a citizen to report my experience to potential LPI customers. I purchased an $11,000 hot tub from LPI and one of the panels was defective. They sent me a new one and that one was also defective, but even more so. The panel came apart at the seams and expose the inside of the hot tub. LPI stated they would not cover it because it is outside of warranty, but this is not a warranty issue. It is a recall issue. Just doing my part to alert potential LPI customers to avoid this company at all costs. They sent me a defective hot tub panel and it is now coming apart at the seams and they are claiming it’s out of warranty and will not stand behind it. This is not a warranty issue. It is a recall issue. I would avoid this company at all cost. They are deceitful and completely dishonest. It’s about the bottom line for them and not the customer. The panel only cost $175 and they still won’t cover it. Very shameful!

Would rate them a 0 if I could. Stay far away from this company. Bought a new hot tub from them late July last year. Had a major leak from the filter housing from day 1. Took them 3 months to even send a tech out to diagnose it and then they shipped the wrong part. Finally Feb 2023 they sent a third party tech out to replace it and now jets don't work, whereas they were working fine before. Lpi absolutely took no responsibility and refused to send another tech out so here I am paying for a tub with nonworking jets and I can'... read more

THANK YOU ULA !  You Rock! Glenn PS The correct operating manual is perfect I completely understand,,, but the manual says 1 hour filtration increments but mine only has 2 hours increments.    God Bless your parents for putting you on this journey.   Sincerely Glenn Curtis 🙏

REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICES, I BOUGHT MY JACUZZI ONLY 9 MONTHS, MOTOR BLOW UP. I CALLED THEM 5 TIME, EVERY DAY AT 9 :00 AM THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK, NEVER SENT ME A TECHNITIAN TO REPLACE A MOTOR OF IT THAT IS UNDER WARRANTIE, I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.
