I work for a hot tub company and have done jobs for LPI and they would just assign jobs without asking us first but then tell the customer we were doing the work and the customers would be upset with us if we didn't come out even though we did not agree to doing the job in the 1st place. Then to top it off they just ignore the invoices we sent them for the jobs we did do. So now we have multiple unpaid invoices for jobs we did for them.

These people are con artist they will NEVER fix any problems with your tub they don't tell people that the supposed 5 year warranty is really only 2 years and the other 3 years are prorated they will not return phone calls or service tickets. My best advice is if you financed it DO NOT continue to make payments on it until you get resolve. I paid mine off in 15 months and once you do that they are done with you......three words Class Action Lawsuit against David Hatley CEO of LPI. There will be a contact group coming for ... read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Do NOT buy any products from this company, you will be so sorry. I have been called an idiot for not knowing how to drain the hot tub, when the part was not installed correctly. Now I am diligently working with them to fix the hot tub - the GFCI breaker keeps tripping from a leak. They claim they fixed the leak and it should be okay, but it still trips. SMH. RUN.

Beautiful hot tub! Purchase a top of the line Berkshire spa. Paid over $12,000 (MSRP over $20K). Delivery went very well (3rd party contractor) and they hooked it up. After hot tub reached ~100 degrees the next day, got in and after about 20 minutes of enjoying all the jets, lights, fountains, etc., heard a very loud bang and lost all power to main board. 0 stars is generous. The absolute worst company to deal with. Their spa arrived defective. We have had the spa 2 months. Have had 5 service calls, rude customer associates (yes you Misty). The “managers” Brian Elmore and Justin Miller must have trained her as they are the same horrendous customer service. We only purchased the spa as it was a referral from a friend. We should have looked up all of the bad reviews (there are a ton). Buyer beware. I’m doing you a favor with this review. Stay far far away

So you guys have bought the Dr wellness hot tub I have some bad information for you. First off, they advertise 6 horsepower motors, they are not they are four horsepower motors! I actually called them out on this big time and had one of their regional guys get real nervous and supposedly just today they are going to change their advertising to reflect that they are only four horsepower. Now they may give you the runaround and try to confuse you with something that's called brake horsepower, I called them out on that it's BS ... read more

This company is a scam do not I repeat do not purchase anything from these frauds! I purchased a hot tub online which said 5-6 weeks delivery, I paid in full when I purchased it in the beginning of March. Two weeks later a rep named Todd called me and said he noticed I said no to free cover, which was never printed that the spa came with a cover, so he changed my order I asked him how long it would be till I received my spa and he said 2-3 weeks.
