Food was not very good. Will not be going back. The waitress was way too friendly, I just wanted to eat my meal.
The food is so good - Southern comfort food, aka Soul food. I would think my NaNa was back there cooking, if I didn't know any better. We ordered the Liver dinner and a vegetable plate. The greens are so good, we each got an order. The food was so plentiful, we took some home. Finally, the waitstaff is so friendly and attentive, my glass is never empty! Glad to have this gem so close by.

When you walk into Loyd Have Mercy it's like showing up to a family get-together when you know the right family members are in the kitchen to cook lol! :) I love the BBQ Steak burger w/ FF for my burger days, Fried Basa w/ garlic shrimp and mac n cheese for my seafood days, and Meatloaf sandwich w/ collard greens and fried green tomatoes for my home-cooking days! The good thing about Loyd have Mercy is no matter what day you go you could get all three meals without having different menu day's and night's. LOYD HAVE MERCY!!! ... read more
