American Best Value Inn and Suites hotel in ****** ********* was utterly disgusting! Don't stay there we checked in got up to our room no towels in our room then when we looked at the bed there was hair on the bed comforter and yellow stains all over the sheets! We went downstairs to complain and the receptionist told me to take the sheets of the bed and they would get washed and she would give me clean sheets so I could make the bed myself! My Aunt and my Grandmother are on their way here from *********. To help them out I tried to book a room for them. I called the front desk to verify the price for a room with 2 beds and he told me the price then hung up on me. I then called back because I needed to know if the indoor pool was in service due to my Aunt having Lupus and this helps her. The man then said no its closed. I asked why and when it would be in service and he just said no its closed then hung up again. He was rude and not definitive with his answer. I... read more

Stay away from this hotel. They run a scam of taking your deposit by lying about false damage. Offering no proof, they refused my refund of $70.

We stayed in adjoining rooms, #*** & ***.I chose this particular hotel because of the vibrant photos, the list of amenities, the restaurant and it being the central location for all my family to meet up at.After the year we have all had, we were looking forward to this vacation. Me and my son went on an outing and had the worst time at our hotel. I am enclosing the photos of our filthy room as well as a video (@1am) of the neighbors the hotel thought were more important than us. Furthermore the *** ****** called, yelled at me. And said I agreed that the only way for a refund was to find somewhere else to stay.(Biggest weekend at *****************) I enclosed the "contactless" text messages where the staff said the filth was paint. For Americas Best in ******, **, I would say it's ********* WORST!! I would give it a NO star if it would let me! It is innexpensive (in comparison to the other hotels), sure, but you get what you pay for!! First off, the staff was one person with several people in line, and the phone was ringing incessantly! Then it took her an hour to check us in, she didnt know how to work the computer. (same on the last day when we had issues!) I should have known it was going to be a disaster when the sign in the office said you had 10 minutes to change your mind from the time you checked in at the desk. The room was filthy. No towels or toilet paper. I was informed they change the linen twice a month. Most of the rooms are permanently rented out to people who hang around out front of the motel

WARNING- HEALTH HAZARD! Butte, MT Red Lion Inn location. This was the worse place ever!! Sheets not clean, poop smeared on toilet seats, bathroom not clean, garbage on the hallway carpets, owner “Ali”eating a McDonald’s at front desk in front of me, barefoot, not professional at all! Americas Best Value Inn, Chippewa Falls Wi “Overbooked hotel we were turned away” Booked 2 nights using Orbitz 4 weeks prior to my stay. Called hotel to confirm reservation 3 days prior to check in. Was told by the desk clerk that the orbitz reservation did not flood into their system correctly but she would be resolve this manually on their end and ensured me there is a room booked for my 2 night stay.
