I had online reservations for four nights at $79 plus tax at the Red Lion Inn and Suites Post Falls ID. But because of poor airline connections, I called the hotel to tell them I could not arrive the first night. When I registered the following night, the manager - a foreigner with poor English - told me that by cancelling the first night, I had cancelled the entire reservation and had to renew the reservation but not at the online $79 dollar price but at $135 plus tax each of the three nights. I told him that I had not canc... read more

I feel safer sleeping in my car than staying at this hotel. All doors were propped open so anyone could come into the hotel without going through the lobby. Then for “$280” for one night you pay for a bed with stained sheets, every towel has a stain, whether it is yellow or black from someone’s nasty hand. The TV will turn on but don’t expect to watch anything but a black screen as no channels are available. I will never stay at a company with this name just because of this one place and how overpriced for a single night.

1. Upon arrival, the front desk demanded $60 CASH as an incidental deposit. This is nowhere on the website information about this property. 2. We also noted that the pool was empty and out of service. 3. We also noted that no breakfast was being served (even though the website states that due to covid, prepackaged breakfasts will be served). These issues are not our primary complaints, though we were of course bothered by them. 4. The entire lobby, halls, and both rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and air freshener, even thoug... read more

We booked the room for $116 for the nite(Monday nite) which I thought was high but considering hotels price gouge during peak seasons, it was ok. Upon checking in into the room, the new price wS now $277 for the nite. That is totally unacceptable! Had no choice to take it as everything else was full. I get to the room and the door was not latched, dried urine on the bathroom floor, no hand soap to be found, no bath mat. The so called free breakfast wS a joke, nothing but star h foods, pancakes, toast, bagels. Really! I would... read more

6/4/2021. Disgusting hotel. Pool was green slime, not open, obviously. Upholstered furniture in the rooms was filthy. Other guests had no hot water, no AC and warned of bed bugs. No security, outer doors not locked at night. No restaurant, no bar, no coffee - none of the advertised amenities but still charged $110 bucks a night. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but cancelled our second night. We came to visit with friends at an unofficial gathering of collectors. This group used to use this hotel twice a year. I seriously h... read more

They can’t program the key to work for our room door so we can’t let ourselves into the room. She instead used the master and showed us in body language to use the safety latch to prop it open when we want to go out. He said something that my husband couldn’t understand fully but he understood that the man was saying something about the hot and cold water. Husband asked, “The hot and cold water are backwards?” He said “Yes.” Husband asked, “So it works but they’re just backwards?” He said “Yeah.” No... there is no hot water.... read more

BEWARE UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT! I never stayed at this hotel but I was still charged $892.08. They allowed their guest to use my credit card number without a physical card or ID to match and knew full well the card did not belong them. When I called to speak with the managers, Annie and Kevin, they admitted they knew the card did not belong to the guest. They said they were still in possession of the guests belongings and credit card but it didn't work so they used mine instead. They were both incredibly rude and aggressive and... read more

Terrible customer service. Family owned. They live there. I was literally screamed at twice... Probably more. Telling me "I have no brain...am I ******* stupid." In my face constantly. Already reported to BBB. Have not stopped shaking. Extremely traumatic. Did not sleep. We are still trying to get our money back because I refuse to stay
