Do not let the grand entrance, leasing office and pools fool you. Lowry Park Apartments, managed by Alliance is the worst experience I've ever had. I should have paid attention to the signs that began to show the first day I was scheduled to move in. I arrived to the apartment, was given the keys only to open the door and see that the walls had been sanded and it had not been cleaned.
