I have had the WORST experience with Lowry Park Maintenance this past month. They used to be awesome, but the first time we had something major happen and it was the biggest nightmare to deal with. On February 5th I noticed we were starting to get water damage in our closet on the ceiling. There were a few drips and the paint was swelling where the water was damaging it. Moved in recently there was an obnoxious amount of dog hair in the carpet (talking dump my vacuum bag 4 times in one room bad), hot water doesn’t work longer than 10 minutes (currently submitting my third maintenance request), and now we have mice. Also have put in multiple maintenance requests for them to come and address half and forget the rest. Lovely place to live I love the fact there is an all year round pool. I wish the club house stayed open untill at least 8pm cant really enjoy it if your a 9-5 worker. Over nice community landscaping on the bushes could be better coming through my front door is a Forrest damn near. I don't like paying for valet trash it's a waste of money and I think we should have an option on paying for it or not. Overall it's a good community
We really love it here! Its very nice, big garage beautiful crown molding and upgrade ! Amenities are awesome! Would really love a little better maintenance around the community. But all in all its our oasis!
