RecommendedI am currently in the application process with this community and my initial experience has been fantastic. The staff has been accessable during this time of Covid. The community is very well maintained, beautiful and makes you feel welcomed. I would recommend this property to those looking to live in a gorgeous gated neighborhood that cares about it's residents and their amenities.

I’ve tried reaching out to management several times and no one ever picks up the phone. Even through e-mail, no one responds. So if you ever have issues with your apartment, good luck trying to get any help from them. If you’re looking for a community with good customer service, I do not recommend this complex. Save your money and find another place to live.

I really like the community. I moved recently and would love to meet some of my neighbors!
Had car towed in middle of the night. Seems a shady time to do something on the first of the month. Should at least give 30 days the state does. 🤷🏻♂️. Policy or regulations or even lease agreement was a dick move. I can play let’s be a dick too 😱
Great location. Location is central to most things in town, about 10-15 minutes to downtown Denver, 20 minutes to the airport and borders Aurora.
