Roger Moore has always provided the professional help I have needed for the last 4 years 11 months and 2 weeks with my excellent hearing aids. Yesterday, he sent my left one, which was having problems holding a charge, in for a replacement. Needless to say, I was very pleased to find out that I still had 2+ weeks left on my warranty, so there be no charge. I continue to highly recommend Mr. Moore. Mike Graves
