I don't think any changes need to be made in the way I was treated. Everything was done professionally and I was treated very well.
The dental hygienist was very friendly and explained everything that was going on throughout the whole cleaning. Dr. Ben's assistant was nice and very helpful, and Dr. Ben was his usual sweet self.
You have an awesome team!
Amy asked me if I had any concerns with my teeth and asked me overall health questions. She cleaned my teeth very efficiently and effectively. Dr. Ben came in and spent the necessary time with me to discuss my concerns and looked over my teeth in an effective manner. A great visit-they really do care!
Thanks so much for getting me in so quickly when I was in such pain. Couldn't ask for better treatment.

I am not impressed with your receptionist. She is sour; fails to actually greet patients upon arrival and at this, and my last visit, send more interested in other tasks than bothering to politely say hello and welcome me to the office. I also was unimpressed and mildly offense by the new appointment cancellation policies.
