Karen was outstanding. She is friendly and thorough.
Karen has taken care of me for all but one of my visits to date and she is great. She considerate, conversational, and explains what is going on inside my mouth as far as areas of concern. I received the same caring treatment from the girl who saw me on the visit as well.
Quite honestly, I was disappointed for the first time. You don't have 10 minutes as a wait tim to check on this questionnaire, but that was okay. The young woman who cleaned my teeth was great! Very meticulous and friendly. Enjoyed that part. I had to cancel the week before because I was ill and I mentioned that I had a tooth that concerned me. After the cleaning Ben checked my teeth and we told him that I was worried about a tooth that had chipped when the implant posts were out in and my bridge was stabbing me. He said to ... read more
