Tammy was really nice and did a great job (very thorough)and Dr. Brian Lowry was just as amazing as he has been for the last twenty years!

It would be a better first impression .....and I would like the front desk person to make eye contact and initiate a greeting.....even add a ready smile. Perhaps she hasn~t been trained to do that...yet. Other than that....a fine appointment. I had a great get acquainted visit with Rachel....the first time we~ve ever met.
I would like to wait after a few more visits and then make a judgement.
when you are having an employee meeting you might leave someone out front, even a note would do. alot of us stood in the reception area for quite a while before anybody came out.
Receptionist kindly searched for some water cups for those of us waiting… Amy cleaned my teeth with efficiency, caring reciprocal chatting…as possible…and - no pain!!! Yaaaaay, Amy ~ (: Dr. Brian was kind and caring and helpful, as usual…thanks, everyone…(:

Needed an extraction. My tooth was beyond painful. They got me in same day. Professional and courteous the whole time. I'm definitely switching my dentist to Lowry co.
