I do enjoy coming into your office. I have gone to Karen for some time now and she does a really good job.
Amy (with Dr. Jarvis) so very kind. Explained everything, showed me X-rays and explained why I was in so much pain, was patient with me because I was nervous, listened to me when we discussed options and understood why I chose the plan (option) I did, she promised they would do everything they could to save my tooth. She never made me feel rushed and she and Dr. Jarvis didnt try to push me for more expensive option or make these sales pitches. Great receptionist. Had a nice visit while I was waiting. Dr Eric and his assistant, Deb, were very kind and eventhough I had to have an extraction which was not pleasant, they did everything they could to endure my comfort.
I received the same "outstanding" service as always.

I like the new décor, and the staff from the front desk person to my hygienist really like people and make you feel welcome. Dr. Lowry is just the best. I highly recommend this dentist. You need to fix this survey format, however, because whatever you type in this box is also typed below (even in the Review Title box).
