Between the front desk, Melissa and Dr. Ben my entire appointment was awesome!
I had to wait past my appointment time to be seated, but it was under 15 minutes (about 7-8)
I had a great time even if it was to the dentist.

I must admit I was really shocked with Dr. Lowry's response to me about my Snap on Smile. When I ordered it and paid cash for it, Dr. Lowry told me that it would be guaranteed for one year, no questions asked. Then, when I came into the office and told him there was a hole in it and it needed to be replaced, he acted like he was unsure that it would be covered. I also asked if it could be lightened just a degree or two, and was told they don't do that. I even offered to pay extra to have it done and was never given the optio... read more
