My hygienist Barb was great. She was gentle on my teeth and very friendly to my son while she cleaned my teeth. The only other input I would have is to send less appointment reminders. I get several texts, emails and calls. 1 email OR text OR call would be sufficient. All else was great.

I love going to the dentist. They are so very good at making you feel comfortable and they care about your dental health.
Great visit, as always. This office has the best dentists, dental hygienists, and staff to be found anywhere in Boise (or anywhere, period).
I am not very satified with the billing estimates. When the estimate says the insurance will cover an amount and it turns out to only cover half of what is estimated I would say the method of estimating needs to be looked at. I would rather an insurance estimate be lower and find out that I don't owe as much as expected rather than find out I owe twice as much as thought.
