Difficult to do business with this store. We will go across the street to Menards or another competitor. We tried, but just did not work. I am disabled and difficult to get into the store to try to arrange for work to be done. I have learned a lesson.
very poor customer service i had a lock i purchased at menards and could not get working ask lowes hardware manager for help with lock and was told he could not work on it because i bought it at menards. if all car dealers did that how would this work for people? very poor customer service is all i have to say.i would have gladly paid for help.

What can I say about Lowe's!!! My son is special needs and we are in need of a fence...our measurements were off and the money we had already paid was not going to cover the rest of the cost. They were so gracious and willing to work with us and are going to cover the rest of the cost!! We are just beyond words of gratitude right now at their generosity!!! Thank you so much Lowe's for making our backyard safer for my son to play!!
i went in to the store wanting to buy 4 x 8 dog eared treated fencing for my weekend project and was told they would have to order it and it would be 2 weeks before i could get it by the manager this really frustrated me and its just stupid so i went across the street to menards and low and behold they have the 4 x 8 dog eared fencing on hand so i got all i needed very bad lowes very bad my buisness will be going to menards from now on and i know others should to this is piss poor customer service
I purchased a John Deere lawn tractor for my parents. The lady in the lawn care department was very helpful and knowledgeable but what I really appreciate was the delivery guy Dan. He did an amazing job in a timely delivery and stuck around for a good while to basically teach my Mom how to work everything. My Dad has become physically unable to do it so Dan's help was very much appreciated. I figured him to just drop it off and leave. That was not the case. Thanks Dan.
