Absolutely horrible experience with the flooring department and installation. I’ve never experienced such poor quality customer service. I recommend Larry’s flooring in Marshall for anyone else fed up with Lowe’s :)

My recent experience with online ordering and pick up was an absolute mess. The people were nice and as helpful as they could be though
their customer service is terrible. I ordered a counter on March third and called the vendor today and they said they just received the order. called Lowe's back and pretty much was told to take it or leave it it'll be in when it gets in.

Purchased a washer and dryer this morning after working third shift. Employees pulled items placed on cart. after driving 30 minutes home, unloading/unwrapping in house I saw it was a total different dryer than what I paid for. Loaded back up and drove 30 minutes back to store. Don't shop here on no sleep and double check what is pulled for you.
