Came here because Menards would uphold a sales price. So bought everything here. Couldn't find the firelogs the website said the store had 20 of, so the guy subbed a case of the other kids for a great deal for the issue. The nails I wanted were also 3.00 cheaper then Menards as well. All in all I bought a case of fire logs, kindling and nails for less then Menards tried getting me for two fire logs.
I was looking for a router in the tool department and couldn't find it. When i approached the pro service desk and an employee was tossing a water bottle in the air and letting it hit the counter. When I inquired if anyone was working in tool department he said oh I am. Then while I'm loading doors up in the back of my truck three employees walked by and never asked to assist to help me load the doors. I used to get good service there! The sales man or boy sold my daughter a refrigerator and said she could call consumers and they would take away the old one well then she found out she has to be a consumer electric customer not A gas customer, also she had to run to the hardware to hook up her icemaker which he told her she had everything to hook up the icemaker up with which we bought the filter and and the hook up stuff she needed, while we were there well low& behold she still had to go get things from the hardware and by then the guys that deliver the r... read more
I love Lowe's they are friendly and helpful. Found everything I needed and they are great with veterans
Love shopping at the Battle Creek store, have never had a problem. And I love that I can bring my dogs with me....however, please require that all dogs in the store be on leash and then ENFORCE it. My dogs were nearly accosted today by a loose Golden, the man did indeed convince his dog to 'leave it' and come to him, but not before my much smaller dogs felt threatened by it. I left the store shaking my head and wondering why, when we have leash laws in this city, Lowe's was ok with this dog wandering loose in their store. NO... read more
