We went to Lowes tonight unprepared with our 7 week old daughter. Right through the doors she decided she was hungry and began crying. Three staff members came over to see if they could help us, within 30 seconds! We had no way to warm a bottle and one of the Lowes staff was able to warm the bottle for us! She was a life saver for sure! Great customer relations right through the door and even up to when we walked out with our purchase! Thanks again for the excellent work and customer service!
