We tried to pick up an oven last night that was in stock at the store in South Bend, we went there and both associates were unhelpful and rude. Why have something listed as in store and I checked online and not have it. They couldn't even order it online to us. WORTHLESS COMPANY!
Customer service is absolutely terrible every time we are there! We ordered flooring and when we went to pick it up it took them almost an HOUR to find our order and bring it out. When you have to return something you are in line forever and get people working there who have no idea what they are doing! Literally HATE going to this location
