AWFUL situation. Ive spent close to 100 grand overall rehabbing houses over the years at Lowes. Go there a few times a week. Never will I step foot in Lowes again. Special ordered and paid for decking. Just for them to call me the next morning and tell the that they cancelled my order and returned my money even when i specifically told them NOT TO REFUND ME because they weren't "making money on my purchase" due to a computer issue pricing the item too low...that was also confirmed correct by THREE employees. Our fridge died on Christmas Day. I asked if there was any way to get one delivered today 12/26. I was informed that if I can come in there early enough and if they have it in stock they will be able to accommodate me. The delivery guys came and placed it where I wanted and got it set up for us. The store manager went above and beyond as did the delivery guys.
