Second stove in three days. Same model. No lights on. Electric is fine checked. Very pissed. Last appliance we are buying there
Bought a Troybilt lawn mower here back in august. Used it about 5 times and it would start and die after a few minutes. Took it to lowes and they sent it off to be repaired. Got a phone call from them saying it had a bent crankshaft and the motor would need replacing and it wasn't covered under warranty.
Bought a Porter Cable Nailer and the charging base was defective, i tried returning it and they said I needed to bring the entire tool back not just the base so I returned with the entire tool I failed to bring back everything included so I returned again and they now tell me I have to come back Monday because nobody there can tell if I had the right battery (treating your customers like criminals is pretty bad business). I guess I'm done with Lowes and will now be a Home Depot guy!
Had to drive all the way back up there and get a bag she didn't put in my cart when I arrived I found the cashier and she thought it was hilarious and said she does it all the time needless to say when I got through with her she wasn't laughing anymore!
I will not shop at this store again. If you can't use my driver License for the discount just for holiday, Close all your store. Cause Home Depot use Driver License all the time for 10% discount for veteran. This store is not by it self it all Lowe's store. Please don't buy from Lowe's go to home depot.
Went to buy a lawnmower and I guess since I am a female they didn't want to help me. So the helped the guy with the riding lawnmower.
