They always help you find everything and are very polite.
Shepherdsville has bad service and rude employees. Treat their customers with no respect. Called us names. Never will shop there again. Lost a loyal customer
Online chat with Lowe’s Associate tells me they can help with my project but to call ahead to the store. I call ahead and the associate says he can help and no problem. I get there and the manager tells me that Lowe’s does not provide the service listed on the website, recommended by chat help, or confirmed by associate on the phone. He tells me that he doesn’t know any one any where that can do what I’m asking but he will sell me the tools to do it myself. My husband has been using your store for over a year to build fences for people, spending thousands of dollars at a time. He went to pick up a $3,000 order this morning and was told that they sold all of his product over the weekend and are not sure when it would be back in and that they would not refund anything over $2,000. Other Lowe's stores have this material available but he can't even get it because they are holding his customers money hostage when they sold his product he already paid for.
