Bought and paid cash for carpet in whole house we looked at several samples finally picked one spent entire weekend moving furniture and getting ready for carpet we spent good money for good thick carpet the carpet shows up not at all even close to what we picked it more like indoor outdoor carpet was told we can upgrade you but you'll have to pay a thousand more than we all ready paid and that all the can do I'll never buy anything from them again
Called corporate and they were kind and understanding neither of which would apply to the folks at this location save my cashier.
We haven’t had any problems with this store until we decided to get a fence installed. Everything went great until the day for them to start work. The weather was horrible and it took them half a work day (which my husband missed because he waited for them) to say it wasn’t going to be done. Not to mention, the communication between Lowe’s and the contractor is poor. Things like wrong phone numbers and not having the correct notes on paperwork for the contractor. Just want to give a shoutout to both Amber and Bill who helped me with cutting down my 2” Faux Wood Blinds. Although they were not purchased from Lowe’s and were a gift to me, both Amber and Bill had no problem helping me. They were both kind and pleasant to work with!
