Clean and many workers to offer help, if need be. I'm not crazy about the self check out.
My husband and I decided they were having a contest to see who could be the rudest & most unhelpful. I realize you don't like working on Sundays but you chose to take this job so do your best, don't just show up to get a paycheck
If you need help with anything you're out of luck. I've even been told by employees here that they just simply didn't care and they weren't going to do their job. This place needs a manager that knows what customer service is.
Just spent an hour on the phone (after getting the run around for 4 days) trying to see if my 3 rugs I ordered came in. The guy told me no manager was at the store so after we hung up I called right back as ask to speak with the manager. Its a miracle, there was one there. He was reordering the rugs for me. Hopefully he stands by his word and we get them soon.
Let me see ! What do I want to say about this place ! Well back on the first of January we came into the store and picked out a refrigerator and dishwasher ! Well first of all we didn't even get the dishwasher until over a month later . Well now a month later and my freezer has gone out on my BRAND new fridge ! As if that don't make me mad enough we have lost over 200 dollars worth of food ! I don't know about anyone else but I don't have 200 dollars to throw out the window ! I am very upset ! The carts are trash. I had to search through carts for 10 minutes To find one with a working seatbelt with 2 small children. This is a disaster waiting to happen! I guarantee they will get sued. When I mentioned it to "management" she said " They are bad. I think a baby fell out the other day...".
You wouldn't wanna knw what I think of this location.. it's not good I'll leave it at that
They have the sorriest customer service I ever dealt with
