The customer service at this store is horrible!
In Pine Bluff Lowes today for linoleum, DROVE 50 MILES !!! no service, lady came, said someone would be with us shortly. waited about 20 minutes she came back said he had not clocked in and it would be a few more minutes. waited a while longer, finally a man came and said the machine is broke, we cannot cut any linoleum. Did not say I'm sorry,or when it would be repaired. We were very upset when we left to say the least !!!!!

No one to work paint. Excuse was it’s hard to get people to come into work. Then you act like I’m an inconvenience when I’m simply trying to shop.
No customer service. Not for years
Went to this store to order carpet. Stood there for 45 minutes trying to find someone to help me. To make a long story short. I was told to come back the next Wednesday when there would be someone there to process my order. I have worked for Lowes in another state for 15 years and this would not be excepted. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Needless to say, they lost a huge sale.
sorry customer service Heres is a shout out to the animal employees at Pine Bluff Lowes for watching me load my purchase onto the cart and then watching me load it up. Piss on all you sorry pos...😉
I was disgusted by how so many people work there yet so many people refuse to help you! You hit the button they just stare at you you ask what do you need for such n such they just look at you and say Um I’ll have to find someone who knows then never return!! From here on we will go elsewhere
