They need to train the people who work there how to treat people most people there don't Want to do there jobs. PINE BLUFF LOWES is really Sad.

My wife bought carpet from Lowe’s about a year and half ago and still has all the paper work for measurements ,type ,price and so on!!......everything!!!!! We had hail damage and need to replace one room with same carpet that is still available.... BUT! Lowe’s wants to come out and measure agin? Are you kidding me did the room grow? Do they make new tape measures? And then they don’t come out when they say there are! They need someone there that can answer the phone!!! They also need a manager there that has common sense and knows how to use customer service skills.!!! But first of all need someone who can answer the phone, so you can speak to a manager!!!!
Been trying to pick my dishwasher I bought that was in stock now for 4 days from lowes. Every time I call it's ready for pickup get up there they can't find it. Or get told it will be here after 12. Will be the last time I buy anything from lowes I will be going to a home depot from now on.
My Black Friday order was canceled and I still hadn’t gotten it yet. Thanks to one manger she told she would honor my purchase since she confirmed the wait time with me.Unfortunately someone went behind her and canceled my order. I came back because she said she will honor my purchase price when the product comes in.
