Customer service is a joke at this store. No one wants to help you and the ones that will try to help knows absolutely nothing about the products.
My family member ordered a stove 4 weeks ago, delivery date 7/1, no stove, no call, no answer at the store. Who’s running this Sh*tshow? Shameful & pitiful! Bye Lowe’s....hello Home Depot...
It would be nice to receive my items that were purchased on May 25th. I understand items are being delayed due to all this mess going on in the world right now but received a call on June 8th or 9th and was told that my items would be delivered the 11th or 12th. Today is June 18th. Still haven’t received anything. Tried calling the local Lowe’s several times to see what is going on. Can’t even get through to no one..
I'm extremely frustrated with Lowe's Home Improvement in Pine Bluff. We placed an online order for a new dishwasher on May 11. 2 weeks in a row now the same thing has happened. I'm scheduled for a truck delivery (first the 19th then today the 26th) and both days I called the store over 20 times trying to get ahold of an actual person. The first week no one ever answered in ANY department of the store. No delivery. No call from them. Nothing. went with my mother when she got her stimulas money and with my military discount she still spent over $900 and the biggest chunk was on an AC unit and we waited over 30 minutes and it never came. All the while the racist store manager stood 30 feet away staring at me. Well I came over and ask him for help and he blantonly lied to me and when I tried to correct him, he darts off.
