35 mins for them to cut 4 window shades. 3 are supposed to be the same size. However, they are not. Didn't find out until trying to install. How do you have the same measurement for 3 shades and cut them all different sizes!
I have never had a problem with this store, the staff has always been helpful.
Natalie the person that supposed to setup installs is the most rude and unprofessional moron. I complained to Scott, who is a manager and also a moron, and he says to me like a doofis: gee, we never had any complaints about her before. Wake up moron. Do your job. Grow some balls or step down as a manager. I have dealt with several other employees and they are the most incompetent individuals that I have ever dealt with. I honestly believe that Lowes at Cagans Crossing has a special training class for their staff called.... How to be extremely rude and unhelpful to your customers!!!
I would avoid this store for anything special order. Most everything I have ordered has been damaged or wrong. I've had better service at Home Depot when needing to order things. If it's on the shelf that's one thing but anything else go elsewhere. Some of the staff isn't friendly either.
