Not off to a great start. Two missed deliveries this week already and another I’m expecting to miss tomorrow. 4 hours of my life wasted, twice in 3 days. Get it together folks. :(
I was in there today and got a new BBQ. Simon came to the rescue with helping me with the grill and also taking the time to get it in my car, which was no easy task. Simon deserves a whole heap of tanks for the rad service and being so sweet and patient with me.
While not very well equipped compared to Home Depot it's nice to have an alternative, but really? You're going to close at 9 p.m. when your competitor closes at 10? Home improvement stores need to be open much later than your regular retail store. Can't believe that the store will not be open past 9. To Home Depot I go

I ordered Pella windows through Lowes, I singed the contract on 7/22/17, almost 5 months later the job is not complete. There have been many delays, lies and problems and they do not care. They have my signature and money and that's all they want!!! I have called corporate many times and all they do is send the complaint to the store where I am having problems. I got an email from the install manager from Lowes (it was also sent to Pella with a CC to me, It was not suppose to be sent to me) saying that I was extremely Irate.... read more
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE till they improve their Terrible customer service, impossible to get hold of manager and they virtually never answer the phone beyond voice mail. ( always blaming their phone system ) Ordered a brand new fridge on Dec. 28th with promised delivery within a week.No delivery and more excuses .They require you be available for 12 hours but will call you the night before with a 2 hour window.
